We had these yummy potatoes for Easter after hearing the recipe on the radio. It comes from Nigellas book Feast: Food to Celebrate Life. We were all afraid they would be overpowering because the whole house smelled like garlic, but they were wonderful - crispy and brown with a lovely roasted garlic flavor!
Salted Chocolate Tart: I have always avoided making chocolate tarts, not out of laziness (I love a bit of pastry-making, in the right mood), but because I have never really felt that the pastry served the chocolate, or was worth the effort here. This is my simple solution: make a base out of chocolate biscuits. And the filling is just as easy to make, too.
Nigella's Quadruple Chocolate Loaf Cake - I've made this once every couple/few months for years, except changing the sour cream for yogurt/greek yogurt, and it's so super chocolately. Never even thought about pinning it as I've not needed a recipe for years, so remembered when I saw other pins! RLI firmly recommends!!
One of the cheapest meals in existsnce. Nigella Lawson's Eggs in Purgatory. Also healthy, and most cheap food isn't healty. This one is top notch. You can use fresh tomatoes and stew them yourself if you don't like canned veggies.
