Moqueca de peixe fácil da Karine: você vai precisar de uma panela grande e grossa ou de barro. À parte tempere o peixe cortado em postas com sal e bastante limão. Reserve. Frite o alho e a cebola no azeite. Agora monte a moqueca em camadas, no fundo as batatas em rodelas, o peixe, pimentão verde, amarelo e vermelho, muita cebola, tomate e cheiro verde. Sal. Despeje leite de coco e azeite. Tampe a panela e deixe cozinhar.

PAULA DEEN’S “EASY BAR-B-QUE SAUCE” FOR GRILLED CHICKEN  •	Salt and pepper chicken before griddle pan  •	Dice half an onion 2.5 tbsp  •	Eyeball ¾ cup of ketchup  •	2 tbsp Dijon mustard  •	3 tbsp white vinegar  •	1tsp Hot sauce (optional)  •	1 tsp Salt and pepper   •	Zest of two limes and juice from half a lime (Use whisk to mix all of this together)  •	Dice 2-3 green onion  Brush it on the chicken while it is on the griddle or grill
