Yes I do eat meals like an anaconda. Third pig's head so far. So far i've made Head cheese/souse salt-cured guanciale crispy pig ears milk braised pork cheek ragout pig brain fritters shredded tongue for tacos 48-hour tonkotsu ramen broth and some other stuff I can't even recall. Tonight however calls for whole roasted pig face maybe for sliders tacos pizza....or perhaps all-of-the-above.
