HEN IN A NEST:  for each chick, pile 1/4 cup of cooked spaghetti on a plate. Place a small scoop ( about 2 Tbsp) of your favorite egg salad recipe on top then decorate with olive eyes, a steamed carrot beak, and a parsley comb. Fun for little ones or darling brunch/shower idea ( maybe season spaghetti with dressing and have a salad base under spaghetti).          Family Fun Magazine:  April 2014.
