HEN IN A NEST: for each chick, pile 1/4 cup of cooked spaghetti on a plate. Place a small scoop ( about 2 Tbsp) of your favorite egg salad recipe on top then decorate with olive eyes, a steamed carrot beak, and a parsley comb.
