(Rise and Shine) THE GERMAN IN PARIS   A yummy blend of French croissant dough folded with pretzel dough  we toast it lightly and lay in house made spicy sausage and two lovely over easy organic brown eggs  with a smirk we add on sautéed mixed local fresh greens in pancetta fat and onions with a few slices of heirloom tomatos  Now Now slide on some becks beer braised pork belly and lets finish it with espresso roasted tomato and maple aioli     GUTEN MORGEN MON AMI

The Hungarian duck ("Chinatown-style.") Includes confit duck leg, slices of roasted duck breast and duck "kishka" (intestine stuffed with matzo meal, rendered fat and spices.) Served with fragrant poppy rice, spicy house-made sauerkraut, watercress sautéed with everything bagel bread crumbs. Side of pretzel steamed buns with five accompanying sauces: lekvár hoisin, Hungarian chili oil, apricot honey mustard, paprika glaze and Manischewitz teriyaki.
