I had the same exact feeling about a I used to ride named Alexsis. She was perfect for me. She was such a good horse. I cared for her and rode her and loved her like she was my own horse. I wanted sooooo badly to show her in a show coming up and my instructor even said I was ready. But that never happened. We started going to a new barn & I havn't seen her since. I miss her sooooooo much!!!!
yeah we don't work. LOL try sweeping out a barn almost every day plus taking care of five other kind of animals! sorry I guess that sounded like a lot more work in my head, but it is NOT
