10 Sep 1965, Qui Nhon, South Vietnam -- While most of the men in a village, north of Qui Nhon, fled their homes as the US Marines marched in, some still remained. Here, Cpl. John Glover of Miami, FL, carries a sick old Vietnamese man to an aid station as a Marine buddy walks nearby looking for snipers, the "unknown enemy", that constantly threatens the leathernecks in a village which was heavily infiltrated by the Viet Cong.
