TACO RACHO CROCKPOT CHICKEN. 4 chicken breasts ; 1 Pkg taco seasoning; 1 Pkg dry Ranch dressing mix; 1 can of chicken broth. Put all in crock pot & cook about 6 hours. To thicken liquid for use over rice, remove chicken from pot and set aside. Dissolve about 1 T cornstarch in a little cold water in the bottom of a measuring cup, Fill cup with hot tap water, stirring. Add to liquid in crockpot. Return chicken to pot and cook until gravy is hot. Serve over white rice.
