4 spaghetti/elbow noodle casseroles: 4 lb ground beef, 2 small onions, 3 @ 24 oz jars DelGrosso pasta sauce, 2 lb elbow noodles, 40 oz ricotta mixed w 4 eggs (the ricotta was 3 lbs but I had removed a cup already), generous sprinkling of Parmesan, 3 lbs (2@24 oz pkgs) shredded mozzarella With these quantities you could mix the noodles in w the ricotta/egg mixture before spreading into greased pans.
Hot Dish Heaven Yep! Spaghetti Hotdish. One of Mom's specialties. Easy peasy, too. 1 large can of diced tomatoes, 1 can of Campbell's tomato soup, 1 can mushrooms, browned hamburger, 1/2 package cooked elbow pasta, salt/pepper/chili powder to taste. Mix ingredients & let simmer 30 minutes until "hot dish consistency" .
