Roasted grape tomatoes - cut in half, toss with lots of olive oil, salt & pepper, & lots of sliced garlic. Try not to crowd them on the cookie sheet - the garlic gets crispy, & the tomatoes are half-way to "raisin" texture! To die for!

Lemon Butter Orzo with Roasted Asparagus and Tomatoes - I used a pint of grape tomatoes & half a pound of asparagus with the full package of orzo oz). The taste is GREAT but next time I'd add even more asparagus and more garlic to the sauce.
