Banh-mi style fresh pork spring rolls: I changed the recipe a bit. Just bought thick cut boneless pork chops...sprinkled the Chinese 5 blend spice on each side. Seared in frying pan on both sides, then baked them the rest of the way at 350 for 15 minutes. Let cool for a little bit, then cut them against the grain on an angle to create thin strips. Put the meat, with carrots, basil, cilantro, onions, cucumbers and rice noodles in the wrap. DELICIOUS! Tastes just like the local place.
