Stuffed peppers! Stuffing: sautéed (diced) artichoke hearts and mushrooms, cooked sausage, 1 box of Parmesan couscous (prepared), pepper, garlic and shredded mozzarella. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stuff the peppers. Top with mozz cheese. Cook at 350 degrees for ten minutes. Filling was prepped ahead of time so it took less than 20 minutes to stuff and cook the peppers. #eatathome #nodrivethru #debtfreelife
