Hi loves! BEGINNER STRETCHING!❤️ you can do this stretch everyday! It helps tremendously with your pike jumps:) first stand straight up with your ankles together. Second reach down and grab your ankles keeping your back straight! Then pull yourself down by bending your arms! Hold for 30 sec and repeat 3 times:) happy stretching!
