My quick ab workout for today on the exercise ball! 20x ab crunch 20x pike 10x leg lifts 10x exercise ball jackknifes 20x dumbbell oblique side bends (not pictured) Repeat 3x! Pro tip: the further up your legs are on the ball, the easier it gets. More toe = more difficulty! Finished this up with 20 min on the stairmaster.
