Two-Point Plank  - super hard, but the payoff is a stable torso. Start in plank position. Cheat Right leg twd ctr line; lift Left leg off ground so heel is even w pelvis. Keeping torso steady, reach R arm fwd. Really brace thru abs by pulling navel to spine. Hold this position for 10 sec. Keeping torso stable, bring R elbow to L knee under body. Do not round back or twist spine; keep pelvis down. Then reach arm & leg out & away from each other -  counts as 1 rep.   3 sets of 5-7 reps each…
