TapouT XT - one of the newer best home video workouts lately (in my opinion, like P90X on steroids). Loved this workout - definitely not for the beginner. Needless to say, my body doesn't look like some of these in their "results" photos, but no doubt a great all-around workout and I felt much stronger when I was doing these dvds.
