Parmesan Broiled Tilapia-4 Tilapia Fillets (defrosted if frozen) ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese ⅛ Cup Butter 1½ Tablespoons Mayo/Dressing (I use Hellmann's Light) 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice ½ Teaspoon Fresh Dill Pepper to taste Broil for 3 minutes. Take out and add parmesan cheese mixture. Continue broiling for 3-4 more minutes.
Finally learned how to pin! This is the recipe I sort of followed for my fabulous cerviche I made the other night. I tweaked it by using frozen raw shrimp and tilapia and added a few lemons instead of just limes. Also, I let it "cook" in the citrus juices for an hour or so instead of just 15 minutes! It was delish and even better the next day!
