8 flour tortillas 1/2 c coconut oil 1/2 c sugar (we use organic raw sugar) 1 Tbl cinnamon Brown lunch bag Heat oil on stove top, to a frying temp. Be careful! Mix cinn/sugar and pour into lunch bag. Cut the soft tortillas in fourths. Carefully place 4 of the cut tortillas in the heated oil turning as they become lightly browned. Remove with slotted spoon and transfer into brown lunch bag that has the cinn/sugar mixture in it. Remove from lunch bag onto a paper towel. Serve warm with…
