Creamy Hot Corn Dip Recipe it was so good, there wasn't any left. It was by far the easiest recipe ever. I used my crock pot... about 2.5 to 3 hours on low. I used: half of a jar of rinsed, sliced jalapenos (ok, I poured some juice in it too), 2 8oz packages of cream cheese. 2 cans of sweet corn, drained. I served it with tortilla chips, and baked crispy garlic bread slices. Loved it. by goldie
Zucchini Chips...trick: press between paper towels before baking to remove excess moisture. slice on a mandolin, brush with olive oil, lightly season, bake 2 hours at 225 on sheet lined with parchment paper. Yum!
