Trachelospermum jasminoides which I have pinned before. This evergreen climber wants a south or west-facing position. It can be grown along a wire fence and will eventually turn into a hedge. It flowers in mid-Summer when its perfume will waft over the garden. Scroll down for further details.

Star jasmine (Trachelospermum jasminoides) can be grown as a climber or groundcover, and is smothered in white perfumed flowers in spring and summer. It’s slow growing early on, but will flourish once established, spreading extensively. Also available is a dwarf form, Trachelospermum asiaticum, which has lovely pink and green foliage. It’s a thick groundcover and looks exquisite trailing over walls or mass planted in garden beds. Plant in full sun or part shade, in well-drained soil.
