Stair case in Knole House, Kent, England.Tudor Palace. ~What a staircase. But I think that it should be a smooth banister, with a more gentle curve, to enable the easier sliding down of the rails. :D

Their leader Henry Tudor, Earl of Richmond, became the first English monarch of the Tudor dynasty by his victory and subsequent marriage to a Yorkist princess. His opponent Richard III, the last king of the House of York, was killed in the battle.
