Please meet David Jarman, he's 40 years old, a rough-framer out of work, came to Seattle from San Diego to get on a fishing boat, showed up at the wrong time of year. He heard HinS would take his picture, wants to send a photo to his brother in jail who is schizophrenic, won't stay on his medications, ended up assaulting a man, now serving 10 years. David is sleeping out of his car, could really use some size 'Large' Long-Johns and some warm gloves.
