STEAK BURGUNDY Serves 2. 2 rib fillet steaks 1 tbsp. butter 1 cup red wine 2 garlic cloves, crushed Preheat oven to 180C/360F. Marinate steaks in red wine for 2 hours then place each steak in an envelope of foil ensuring plenty to twist the top over to seal. Mix butter and garlic together and place an equal dollop on top of each steak. Seal the steak in with the foil. Place on a baking tray and bake in oven for 45 minutes. YUM. YUM. YUM!
