Y'all ready for this? Next, you're going to take rotisserie chicken and shred it up in your food processor or four chicken breast. Then, dump in one can of Rotel, one block of shredded Colby Jack cheese, half of a cup to one cup depending on how much sour cream you like right into your mixing bowl as well as half of a package of taco seasoning. I like to use the lower sodium seasoning because the cheese has a ton of salt in it. Just mix everything together until all of that chicken is fully coated in the sour cream cheese and rotel mixture. Set this aside and let's get to work. This is only going to take you about 10 minutes to put together. Put a scoop of that mixture onto each one of your tortilla half moons and roll it up to create a cone. Look at how cool these look. Only takes a second or two to line them out on the tray and put a thin coating of cheese. Now, I put a cup in the center of my tray just to kind of keep things on center. You don't have to do that. Just continue to move around and create three layers of your quesadillas. Then put this in the oven at 350 for about 15 minutes until everything's melted and browned. Make sure you take the glass bowl out if it's not oven safe. Then replace it, add some salsa, garnish with some cilantro, a slice of lime, and you are ready to serve. So, I'm just going to add that to the bottoms of six croissants. This is so nice to make it the day ahead. Put it in the refrigerator and bake it the next morning. And now we're just going to cut them in fours. Alright, we have all of our croissants cut into fours. So, I'm just going to start laying them in my greased nine by thirteen pan. Alright, that looks great. Alright, so we're just going to mix together one and a half cups of milk, some lemon flavoring, just a teaspoon of up, 2 eggs, half a cup of powdered sugar, the zest of a lemon. That's it. Whisk that together. So I'm just going to pour this right on top of our croissants. Making sure to kind of try to coat all of them as much as you can. Top this with some foil in the refrigerator for eight to ten hours. And we'll do the rest of it tomorrow. Good morning. Alright. Our strawberry overnight croissant French toast has been sitting overnight and looks great. So next step we're going to cover it back up. And I have my oven preheated to 350 degrees. Bake it for 30 minutes covered and then uncover it and then bake it for another 20 minutes. So while we're waiting for our French toast to cook we're going to make our strawberry sauce. So I have one pint strawberries which I've washed and then cut into little pieces and about a third of a cup of sugar. We're going to cook that until that cooks down and makes a nice strawberries, alright? So, we've made this easy strawberry sauce. I'm just going to add a tiny bit of some vanilla into it just to give it a little extra flavor but it looks great. If you guys don't like the chunks of the strawberries, you can puree it so that you don't have that or you can mash it with the potato masher but I like to have the nice of the strawberries and this will thicken up as it sets. But we've got our sauce ready for our French toast. Alright. Our overnight strawberry croissant french toast is done. So now we can taste this. I'm excited to taste it. You can hear it's nice and crunchy on the top. You can see that cream cheese layer in there. Yum. I'm going to add a little bit of our strawberry sauce on top. I'm just going to add some whipped cream that I have made on top of that. Gosh, it looks so pretty. I'm excited to try this. Oh my gosh. That is excellent French toast. And so easy. You guys gotta make this overnight strawberry croissant french toast. It's amazing.

Guys, this is the easiest dessert I have ever done. You have no idea how delicious it is. Now let's pour it on another recipient and check out how creamy this is. The lemon provides all the texture. I'm going to move our wonton wrappers to the side and bring in our bowl and I have about 10 ounces of spinach that I sauteed just for a couple minutes to get the moisture off of it and get a little tender. You definitely could use frozen and I have some artichokes that I chopped a little bit and I'm probably going to use oh half of this can. This is 14 ounces. Maybe a little more than half. I'm going to in with my mayonnaise. So, I'm have about a third of a cup of mayonnaise. I'm going to add to my bowl. Mixing we're going to add is four ounces of softened cream cheese. We are going to put in some shredded Parmesan as much or as little as you want. I think I'm going to do about a half a cup. So, about that much. We are going to also put a third of a cup of some sour cream in. So, I'm just going to add that right in with everything else. We do want to add a little bit of salt and a little bit of pepper and the garlic and I have two cloves that I'm going to use. You definitely could use garlic powder instead if you want to. Alright, we're just going to stir this together until it's all mixed. Okay, look. It's already all mixed up. Alright, I'm just going to lift up that spinach artichoke dip. Bring those wonton wrappers back in. Add one scoop to each of our wrappers. Just like that. How easy is that? Measures it perfectly for this recipe. Looks good. Alright, I've got my oven set at 350 degrees and this is only going to take 10 minutes or until those wontons are nice and alright, our spinach artichoke dip wonton cups are done. Look at that. How easy was that? And they are so pretty. Okay, they're a little hot here but I'm going to try to bring my plate in. Oh yeah. Okay. I'm excited to try this though so. Mm. Oh wow. Mm mm mm. Mm.
