Chicken fricassee 1 can of cream 1 can of corn 1 cup of cream cheese 15 pitted olives 2 shredded chicken breasts,shredded mozzarella, 1 cup potato sticks 1 cup water 1 pinch of salt Blend the corn, cottage cheese, sour cream and water. Mix shredded chicken, olives and salt until you have a thick texture. Put mixture in a baking dish, cover with mozzarella and spread the potato sticks on top. Bake until bubbling. Serve with white rice.
