Just doing my maintenance thing for the summer, lifting heavy and staying lean. Cals are around 2500/day with one cheat meal per week. I'll be reverse dieting back up to the 2800/day range but I don't think I'll be able to go higher and maintain this body fat %. Feeling good though so I don't mind it.
Many people don't realize it's about as easy to stay lean as it is fat because total daily energy expenditure doesn't change THAT much as body fat rises. I get to eat maybe a couple hundred daily calories less than the guy at twice my body fat percentage and stay like this.
