Alexander Hamilton's oldest surviving letter, written in 1769, as he was about to turn thirteen years old. The way his handwriting evolved is fascinating. Look at that flourish under his name, Jesus, kid. I've read this letter many times so I know what it says, I must say it's not easy in his youthful hand, given that he apparently did not have the time for spaces between words.
