Luckily, I’ve created a short list of the active recall methods that I find the most helpful so that you can try them before your next exam :)

THE TECHNIQUES:
1️⃣ Active Recall - retrieve information when prompted without reading/looking at your notes (eg Flashcards, Blurting, Practice Questions), to force your brain to retain the information for next time, allowing you to remember and learn FASTER 🧠

2️⃣ Pomodoro Technique - 25min study, 5min break. Repeat × 4 then take a
15-20min break. 
This will revolutionise the way you work, helping you stay focused and efficient, and therefore get your work done INFINITELY faster. 
The regular breaks will also ensure you stay fresh & stop your brain from fatiguing so much that the work you’re doing becomes useless or of poorer quality⏰
