Lady Liberty, seen her a few times, and she's just as impressive every time! Was moved when I had the chance to go to Ellis Island and find my Great Grandfathers name as he immigrated from Magyar (now known as Hungary) and knowing that he saw her under the same sun, but under a very different light as he arrived in America. Explore #13 6/17/07 On Saturday night, Kevin's friend Captain Darin invited us to be his guests on a three hour cruise on the Spirit of New Jersey. We hung out with Darin in the Wheel Room, ate good food, saw beautiful NYC from the river - including fireworks and the Statue of Liberty waaaay up close (as close as he could get us without the Coast Guard comin' afer us!), and...well, had a super fun time!
