A great way to implement UD into education is put a "buddy system" into place in every school.  Each student could be randomly paired up with another student taking similar classes so that each student has a readily available resource to ask questions to, work with, and even be friends with.  Lots of times, students are afraid to go into office hours with a professor/teacher, so this is a great alternative.

This week we implemented a peer buddy system in our second grade inclusion classroom. We randomly (and I use that term loosely) selected students to become buddies.
