These Turtles are made with chocolate, caramel and legs made from pecans. I used a turtle candy mold. I put a thin layer of chocolate in the bottom and after it hardens, I fill it with the caramel and put half a pecan in each area where the legs go. Lastly, I finish them off with more chocolate. (I place them in the freezer to harden quickly).
