  • 1/4 tsp Almond extract
  • 1 tbsp Icing sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Sea salt, Fine
  • 80 g Self-raising flour
  • 200 g White chocolate
Nuts & Seeds
  • 70 g Pistachios, Unsalted
Dairy
  • 75 g Butter, Unsalted
  • 280 g Cream cheese, Full Fat
Other
  • 270ml (9.5 fl oz) Double (Heavy) Cream
  • 130g (4.5 oz) Golden Caster (All Purpose) Sugar

Directions: 1. Prepare cake mixes according to directions on the boxes. 2. Stand ice cream cones in the wells of the cupcake tin. 3. Spoon cake batter into cones, mixing and layering as you wish. 4.
