Before I get too into the 90s slang, I figured I should elaborate some on the generations that used it. Gen Y, which starts sometime around 1985 and ends sometime 1995, are the principle users of this slang. The older people in the Millennials group, which started around 1995, may have also used some of this as well. This picture shows some statistics of Gen Y and the Millennials, although it mashes them together for whatever reason.
