Giulia Pline on Instagram: "🦵🏻Knee pain?  👉🏻Try these stability & strength exercises for some relief.  🔸Knee pain can be caused by a variety of things from under or inadequately loaded muscles around the knee, to poor tracking of the patella, certain muscles are doing more work while others are doing not enough, and so on.  🔸These exercises focus on strengthening the quads and in particular the vastus medialis oblique muscle (VMO), which helps provide stability for the knee and helps control tracking of the patella (kneecap). The last exercise also highlights work in the calves.

Give them a shot 👇🏻  1️⃣Seated Leg Extensions: Place an ankle weight around your ankle and a block or stack of pillows under the knee. Slightly externally rotate your leg.
