A little frilly gathered skirt on a Monday morning 🤍 When I pulled out this leftover broderie anglaise j literally jumped for joy when I realized past me had left as much usable scallop edge as possible! I didn’t want to over complicate things so I just sewed two layers onto a 1” wide waistband and used elastic to gather it.
