Miranda Lambert's Corn Casserole Ingredients: - 1 can creamed corn - 1 can whole-kernel corn (not drained) - 1 cup uncooked macaroni - 1/2 cup butter, sliced - 8 oz cubed cheese (Velveeta) or shredded cheddar cheese. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a casserole dish & set aside. Mix creamed corn, whole-kernel corn & uncooked macaroni in a medium bowl. Add butter & cheese. Place in the casserole dish & cover. Bake for 30 minutes. Uncover, stir & bake for 30 more minutes. Serves 4.
