I use double the chocolate to corn syrup and then a third of the full amount for the fondant  Eg 500g Callebaut White Chocolate 250g Corn Syrup (you can buy this on Amazon or in any Asian store) The total of this together is 750g so I added 250g Fondant. You can add less if you want but this is the amount I like.
