Olympic pictogram

Tokyo a while ago was designated as a city of the Olympics Games in 2020. At that moment it occurred to me as a personal project to imagine how you design the pictograms of these Olympics. I designed 20 pictograms for now and I'm thinking to print them.

At the Olympics, designers get to consciously shape our sense of history as we experience it. Here's how that role has evolved over the decades.
