Some 🔑s to exercising with a prolapse are:
1️⃣Don’t do more than your pelvic floor can handle- this goes for everything!
2️⃣Modify movements that increase symptoms- elevating your hips with a Pilates ball or with bridging motions can reduce pressure to your prolapse and allow you to better manage pressure in your pelvic floor.
3️⃣ Avoid bearing down! Exhale as you complete each movement. 
4️⃣Try exercising after a BM and when your symptoms are least.
5️⃣Focus on maintaining a tall posture that lifts your organs
