Osa Rosti ART on Instagram: "👋 hello everybody! Here’s a process video of how I make a wall mask in the papier-mache pulp method. This recipe is very simple! I use only paper that has been soaked and pulped and then as a binder/glue I use wall paper paste that is from Methyl cellulose only (so it’s natural) and it has no additives. It’s like a powder and I just sprinkle some on my pulp (sorry no exact recipe here😅) and mix it. You only need very little. Next time I’m gonna make sure to measure it with a spoon so I can let you know more exact. It becomes a bit jelly when in contact with water. At one point I added some water to the pulp to help the pulp to get a more jelly feeling. The key is to mix a lot a lot a lot so it gets smooth.
