I now run 25-50km every week. But I did not find this easy in the beginning. The following tips WORK for me.

1️⃣Sleep for 8-9 hours a night. Deep sleep is vital for muscle recovery. This enables your muscles to fully recover and be energised for long runs.

2️⃣ Write down your goals every morning. This will keep you focussed on what you’re trying to achieve. Big goals need to be consistently reaffirmed to help you mentally prepare to achieve them.
