In bone tissue there can be osteogenesis imperfects which affects the tissue making the bones brittle. Sickle cell anemia and vasculitis can occur within the blood. Any loss of collagen (ehlers-danlos) makes the tissue very unusually stretchy and since most tissue is made a lot by collagen this would affect most of the body. Finally elastosis perforans serpignose is a disease that affects elastic tissue.
