Isn't he a happy fellow? Made from a flameless tealight candle, and 2 1/2 circle punch, and 3" die cut. Hat is 1 inch square punch, and window punch. Retired snowflake punch used for the arms. This picture shows the candle turned on. I used a 3/4 circle punch to make a hole in the larger circles to allow access to the light switch. Snowman body have pop dots in between.
