  • 1/4 cup Cilantro

  • 2 tsp Jalapeno
  • 1/4 cup Onion
  • 2 Plantains
  • 1/4 cup Red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup Red onion or shallot
  • 6 tbsp Lime juice, freshly squeezed

  • 1/2 cup Avocado oil
  • 2 Sea salt
