1. Lip incompetence 
2. Poor tone 
3. Poor control and weakness 

Duck lips 

What do you need ?

A tongue depressor 
Coins 🪙 
Tape 

Instructions:

😬Put teeth together 
👄Lips out (like a 🦆)
Place tongue depressor in front of the teeth,  close lips and hold to the count of 10.
Repeat 4-5x

Challenge: 
Once it gets easier you can tape coins at both sides for added weight 

Cheek Puffs

Instructions:
1. Puff one cheek full of air and hold for a count of 5
