Back in the day, ALL poodles were cut like this. My grandmother bred, groomed, and showed poodles, and I remember them looking just like this. She invented the "bikini cut" for non-show dogs, shaving only the faces, feet and base of the tails, and clipping the rest of the fur a neat uniform inch in length. It is the most popular poodle cut today.
