Could put two spirals next to each other and fill shot glasses to put in shot ski. Station #3 at 360 Bar: Shot Ski. Four guests at a time fill shot glass with liquor of choice. Guests line up, bartender counts to three and then they all tip the ski to take shot at the same time. **Client asked for fun/interactive drinking activities. This is unique and fun and client can keep the shot ski after as a gift.

Station #4 at 360 Bar. Molecular Mixology-Cocktail Spheres. Working with physical properties of drinks. Shaping a liquid into spheres. **Client specifically asked us to create a way to consume alcohol in a unique way-not just as a drink. **French 75 cocktail sphere. Served in spoon or dish with small spoon and lemon twist. Bartender would demonstrate and then ask for volunteers to create the spheres.
