I don’t know about you, but for me— At the end of a full day of fasting and prepping my main course for or even when I’m not fasting, cooking veggies is the last thing I want to do. But I have to because balance am I right. Which is why I always just get cucumbers, lettuce or spinach— basically anything that can be eaten as is. But sometimes, I still want a cooked veggie dish and this is my usual go-to because of how easy and quick it is. I’ve made this so many times and for so many people, they’ve all loved it and I think you will too. This recipe is also really good for gai lan (Chinese broccoli). Full recipes Link in Bio👉
