✨Spinach Pesto Pasta ✨ This has to be the most beautiful and easy pasta recipe ever.I am sticking to this one for a long longgg time Ingredients • Olive oil 1 tbsp • 3-4 garlic cloves • Spinach leaves (handful) • 1/4 cup walnuts • 1/3 cup milk of choice • 1/4 cup grated cheese • 1 Cup of boiled pasta Salt and pepper (as per taste) Recipe • Sauté whole garlic cloves and spinach on olive oil • once the spinach leaves wilt down add to a blender along with some walnuts. • Blitz into a purée and add it back into the pan • add choice of milk (I used almonds milk ) and grated cheese, stir this well to form a thick sauce • Add choice of boiled pasta along with pasta water • season with salt and pepper • serve with more chopped walnuts or cheese and Enjoyyy • .
